1. What is something wacky you have done?

2. What's for dinner?

3. Favorite subject or class in HS or college? Why?

"I have no idea what's for dinner. Keep posting, people," ----- For lunch I wrapped pieces of salmon filet (frozen) in greens with some sea weed, ginger and herbs tucked inside, then I steamed the packages. The side was green beans cooked with some onion, garlic, carrots and grated tomato. For "dinner" I decided to make hummus, because I craved hummus, and I am eating it with cold, roasted cauliflower (left-over). Not bad actually.

The Girl, in her college Sociology class, had to do some social experiments and video them.  She and her group choose experiments where they displayed abonormal or socially incorrect behavior on an elevator.    Things like:  one of them would stand in the corner muttering to themselves the whole ride; one of them would get off the elevator, run down a flight of stairs, and then get back on at the next floor; one would curl up on the floor and pretend to be sleeping. Then they documented the responses of the people on the elevator with them.  (anonymously - observational only)

I'll have to tell her about your wacky thing. That would have been great to do.

1. I wrapped most of the living space in an apartment in aluminum foil once while my roommate was out of town. I also tortured her Precious Moments doll collection a little bit. Those big doll eyes go from sweet and innocent to horror-movie-worthy by simply placing a few strategic pieces of duct tape over their mouths.

2. Salad. I have tomatoes that need to be used up.

3. High school: German.

College: So far, it's a toss-up between a Social Problems course and the history/women's studies course that I took last semester.

1. What is something wacky you have done?

When I was hospitalized with a broken leg head injuries and other internal injuries after a serious car accident 30 years ago, I went stir crazy after two weeks or so. I stole some surgical scrubs for clothes, stole some crutches to make myself ambulatory (foot to hip cast), stole some cash from the nurses (I did repay it), and called a cab to take me to downtown Worcester(!) I went to the library and then to a bar for beers and real food. They put an apb for me and the cops picked me up and returned me to inpatient care for another day or two. I'm pretty sure my escape accelerated my release timeline but I did have to consult with the psych nurse before released.

2. What's for dinner?

Salmon and rosemary potatoes.

3. Favorite subject or class in HS or college? Why?

English Romantic poetry and physics . I'm eclectic.

Because I know you all care very much, I ended up making potato soup for dinner. With salad and walnut wheat bread. The kids ate clementines as a pre-dinner snack.

I grabbed some sushi at the student center.  It was not that good, and it was expensive.  Also, I am having a skim milk latte to keep me awake at my next event.

My meal plan changed as well. Working late, so I'm running by Panda Express on the way home. Will get some orange chicken, some black pepper chicken, some steamed veggies, and probably some lo mein.

Hubby still made hot dogs, parmesan noodles and peas for dinner.

Tomorrow night will probably be something out as we are going to Superbowl Blvd. for the day. Going to try and get some autographs and walk around and enjoy the festivities.
