1. Do you have any weddings to go to this summer?

One, possibly two (the 2nd one keeps changing the date...long story lol)

2. Have you ever been to a destination wedding?

No. I was invited to one at Disney World years ago but we did not go.

3. Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad-at a BBQ/Cookout/Picnic, which one are the more likely to eat?

I love all (and would take a little of each lol) but I would say Macaroni Salad

1. Do you have any weddings to go to this summer?  I just attended one two weeks ago, but don't have any upcoming.

2. Have you ever been to a destination wedding? Nope.

3. Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad-at a BBQ/Cookout/Picnic, which one are the more likely to eat?  Hmm, I'd eat any of them, but a good macaroni salad like my mom makes would probably be my favorite of the three.

1. Do you have any weddings to go to this summer? -- nope.

2. Have you ever been to a destination wedding? -- nope

3. Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad-at a BBQ/Cookout/Picnic, which one are the more likely to eat? -- Definitely NOT macaroni salad.  Maybe the cole slaw. Probably not the Potato Salad.

1) We are invited to several, but we aren't going to any.  Sent gifts instead.  Because I teach college students, hardly a summer goes by when we are not invited to at least one or two weddings of former students.  We're going to be out of town for two of them, and the third is in a city two hours away and I am not close enough to the student to warrant driving in, paying for a hotel room and a new dress (since I don't have a suitable one that fits right now) plus gift.

2)  I have been to several destination weddings.  Our wedding was a destination wedding.

3)  I don't care for macaroni salad, am neutral about slaw, and really like potato salad.  I probably won't have more than a bite or two this summer, though.

1.  No, went to one in April.  That was the first one I'd been to in about 9 years.  As a rule, the people around me are all either already married, won't be getting married, or go away and get married in private.

2.  No.  The closest I've been to that is when I went to a reception in Texas.  The bride's family (also mine) are from the east coast, and the groom's are all on the west.  They got married in a private ceremony in NYC, then had a reception in San Antonio, so that it was equally accessible (or, one could argue, inaccessible...lol) to both families.  Laughing

3.  Probably cole slaw.

1. Maybe... I have a feeling that once this couple figures out that they are in fact getting married, it will happen pretty quickly, lol.  It could be this summer or fall.

2. Yep

3.  It depends.  Generally speaking potato is my favorite, but dh's aunt makes a wonderful macaroni salad that I very much enjoy, and dh has a great recipe for slaw.  But, the specific ingredients matter a whole lot, for example, anything with that dreaded Miracle Whip will not pass my lips, nor will anything from the grocery store delli.

1. Do you have any weddings to go to this summer? Yes, but dh will have to go solo.

2. Have you ever been to a destination wedding? I have traveled for weddings and people traveled for mine. But no beach weddings in Hawaii or whatever, no.

3. Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad-at a BBQ/Cookout/Picnic, which one are the more likely to eat? I will eat coleslaw, as long as it is not made with mayo. I also love potato salad, as long as it does not have mayo, but I do not eat it anymore.

1.  No

2.  No

3.  Never coleslaw. Whether I have the potato salad or macaroni salad would depend on how it is made, there are so many versions.  For instance some people put peas in their macaroni salad, since I do not like peas I generally would not eat it.

1. No, thank God. 2. No, thank God. 3. Cole slaw, but I like all three choices. Oh, and potato salad if Mom is making it.
