I think we need a little fluff :)

1. Have you/Will you decorate(d) for the fall?

2. Have you started any Holiday shopping yet?

3. What is one food (or drink) that you look forward to when the weather gets cooler?

Bonus (it was a discussion at work yesterday and wondered others opinions):
4. If you were able to have an inheritance for your children (or maybe you have already experienced this with your own family), and you were able to live comfortably and was not relying on that money to survive, would you rather spend the money while you are alive and watch your children enjoy the money now or would you rather have it given to them when you died?

For the meal plan, you need to make reservations for the table service. I am perfectly fine with that. Breakfast, lunch and snacks can be chosen while we are there.
Even on our cruise, we have reservations for our shows and could make reservations for dinner at the specialty restaurants but it is harder to do that with kids so we will play it by ear.

IMO, it is just different. I have driven into DW (and the other parks) many times and it just wasn't the same as staying in the hotel, taking the bus. Even when we did have a rental car and stayed on site, we would take the bus.

If I couldn't afford to eat, unless I bought a meal "package", then I wouldn't even bother going on vacation.

I think you are not familiar with meal plans.

I have been to other places than WDW and cruises.
I like to explore the cruise ship. I like to explore the hotel, all of the parks. I like to explore any place I go to.

Because vacation isn't just about eating in a restaurant, especially in a mass market type of chain restaurant. I really don't think it's a big deal to go out to eat, we don't just do it on vacation.

Why are you assuming that all vacation spots have mass market type of chain restaurants?

How does that work, kids getting their own breakfast and having it together?

At home--the kids will eat breakfast on their own
On vacation--we eat together

I think there is confusion that a "packaged" vacation is the same as a "toured" one.

Yes, that is what I said earlier, I don't understand why you are arguring with me when you clearly agree?

We don't go back to the same places every year. We knew we would take them again as they loved it and it just happens to work out for next year.

It means what I have explained in the last few posts in my question that you didn't answer. I guess, based on the comments that you are going to the same basic place and not a different place. Thanks.

What are you considering a different place. I think there is a misunderstanding.
