I think we need a little fluff :)
1. Have you/Will you decorate(d) for the fall?
2. Have you started any Holiday shopping yet?
3. What is one food (or drink) that you look forward to when the weather gets cooler?
Bonus (it was a discussion at work yesterday and wondered others opinions):
4. If you were able to have an inheritance for your children (or maybe you have already experienced this with your own family), and you were able to live comfortably and was not relying on that money to survive, would you rather spend the money while you are alive and watch your children enjoy the money now or would you rather have it given to them when you died?

Dh and I spent one day at Disneyland as part of our honeymoon. Joy and Adam spent 2 days at Disneyland on theirs.

The truth may be out there but lies are in your head. Terry Pratchett
okay.
That's completely different than my own experience.
I have traveled quite a bit in my 42 years and I have never been on a packaged tour. I think they can work out just fine for many people, but it's not something we have ever even considered. I guess we just prefer to travel on our own time line, and pick out the places and things that we are going to see and do. I love to research myself where we are going and pick the places that I think will interest us. When possible, I also get recommendations from people who have been there.
One of my all-time favorite experiences was when dh and I were going to spend three weeks traveling across country. We were living in Hawaii at the time and had gone on a day-long snorkling/scuba trip. We were chatting with some random people we met on the boat and one of them had grown up in AZ and told us how he used to hike down into this off-shoot of the Grand Canyon when he was a kid. Though dh and I had both been to the Grand Canyon, I hadn't been there since I was a kid so we'd planned to stop there. Instead, after meeting this man, I got a book about the area and found out what I could about this canyon he mentioned (Havasu Falls was the place). It was incredible. Dh and I hiked 10 miles into this canyon and camped next to the Colorado River that night. I was so glad we happened upon this man and his recommendation and that we went there instead of the the heavily touristed part of the Grand Canyon. It can be really fun to get off the beaten path!

I'm clearly not, I even mentioned an area that I have visted that did not.
Then why did you say that?
<On vacation--we eat together>>
Oh okay, I thought you were responding to the comment from a poster where they said they like having breakfast food in the room on vacation because the kids can get their own breakfast.
Nope.
