I think we need a little fluff :)

1. Have you/Will you decorate(d) for the fall?

2. Have you started any Holiday shopping yet?

3. What is one food (or drink) that you look forward to when the weather gets cooler?

Bonus (it was a discussion at work yesterday and wondered others opinions):
4. If you were able to have an inheritance for your children (or maybe you have already experienced this with your own family), and you were able to live comfortably and was not relying on that money to survive, would you rather spend the money while you are alive and watch your children enjoy the money now or would you rather have it given to them when you died?

Aside from potential motion sickness, I'm trying to think of any reason why I would NOT find a cruise fun. Food, games, entertainment, seeing new places, no chores - sounds good to me!

I feel the same way about them. The idea seems to restrictive, and...well...insanely boring, to me.

I also have a problem with the traveling part of traveling in that I want to be either here or there. Being on a cruise, where so much of the time revolves around the traveling part, would be extremely stressful for me. I want to spend as little time as possible being transported and as much as possible at my destination. The in-between is too in-limbo for my comfort zone, and I get the feeling that on a cruise the in-limbo feeling would never go away.

Yes, because even if you went to all 122 of them, you'd be limited to what was on their menus. You can only have what is available to you. When you cook yourself, you're not limited at all. I think that's what they're trying to say (although they are certainly welcome to correct me if I'm wrong.)

Nothing is free. You pay for the meals, just as part of the package rather than at the time of the meal. So yes, if you chose to eat somewhere else you'd end up paying for 2 meals.

<"Wow, if my definition of vacation didn't include visiting family, then I haven't been on a vacation in 10 years.">

And I've never been on one!LOL If there's no one to visit or no specific event drawing me to a place, I don't want to go there. I have no interest in seeing places just to see them. There has to be a good reason for me to travel, and thinking a place would be nice to visit just isn't what I consider a good enough reason.

All the more reason not to spend such a huge part of it on a ship.
