I think we need a little fluff :)

1. Have you/Will you decorate(d) for the fall?

2. Have you started any Holiday shopping yet?

3. What is one food (or drink) that you look forward to when the weather gets cooler?

Bonus (it was a discussion at work yesterday and wondered others opinions):
4. If you were able to have an inheritance for your children (or maybe you have already experienced this with your own family), and you were able to live comfortably and was not relying on that money to survive, would you rather spend the money while you are alive and watch your children enjoy the money now or would you rather have it given to them when you died?

Two cruises.

I have been to Disney Land (multiple times) and Disney World.

Again, I'm not talking about eating out. I'm talking about *not cooking* while on vacation. Eating out is just one way of eating without cooking.

<<While I am not telling the personal business of people that are not posting, there are organizational obligations that need to be done at that time.>>

I'm not sure what has changed from the past on personal business, but okay.

So basically everyone in your family has extremely inflexible schedules, both business and personal?

That is a common meal in our house, when I go on vacation or out to dinner I want something that I can't make or won't make at home.

It's a mass market experience; some love it, some tolerate it and some hate it.

Yeah, I am not quite sure what the argument here is anymore. If you are not happy on vacation without having three meals a day in a restaurant, by all means you should have three days in a restaurant. If you are happier in a condo on the beach where you prepare most of your meals at the condo, then that is what you should do. If you hate Disney, you should not go to Disney. If the idea of being on a cruise makes you shudder, you should not be on a cruise. If your idea of a great vacation is a luxury townhouse in Manhattan with tickets to a Broadway play every night, then that is what you should do. If you would rather live in a canoe on the Canadian boundary waters, dig your own latrines, and chew on dried moose for your dinner, be my guest. If you want to run off to Europe for six weeks and live out of a backpack, then that is what you should do....what I don't get is the implication that EVERYBODY would be much happier doing what one person does, or that one type of experience is universally superior.

And only seen through the eyes of a crusie ship and/or resort.

Honestly, the dark side of cruise ships makes me really not want to give them my money.
