1. Do you have any tattoos?

2. What was the last thing you bought?

3. Would you rather be behind the camera or in front of it?

4. Window or Aisle seat?

5. Have you ever had a poem or song written about you?

Because I already have pillows (2) in the type and firmness I want.

What I love about those hotels isn't the number of pillows - its the choices. Out of the 6-8 that are there, I can pick the 2 that feel the best for me (usually firm and down), and put the other 4-6 away in the closet. At "traditional" hotels, you get the pillows you get - and if they suck, you're stuck.

I think that's rather unusual for most hotels.

But why would I need a bunch of pillows I don't like, just so I can choose? I will, instead, buy 2 of the ones I like. I don't want to buy 4-6 pillows that are too firm or too thin or too soft. That would be stupid.

ITA with it being more quiet and getting more things done. I have no need to do that though unless there is a huge project. I have plenty of time during the day to get all my work done.

What type of hotels are "those hotels"?

Yep, you fold it near the top of the bed, put the pillows slightly on the crease and then flip the quilt over.

That was more like the first hotel we stayed at when we were on vacation this year. I don't think that was a 5 star hotel either. I could be wrong but I don't think so.

Nope it is called decorating your home. Guess you don't watch many home shows to see this is very common. Shrug.

Well that wouldn't be very accurate, I think a better way to say that would be that 'you" call it decorating "your" home, some would call it clutter and some wouldn't.

Your kids are still young, Cru, so you will be spending a lot of time with them. My reading/sewing retreat is our living room. I will go up there to read or grade papers if my son is watching a movie or someting in the family room. DH likes to stretch out to read so he goes to the bedroom for a few hours after supper many evenings. If DS is reading, he will often come upstairs and we will both read in the den. He likes to read with a cat in his lap and I try to keep the cats out of the living room.

I store them in my closet on a shelf.
