That's a good point. I can understand that too, I guess. I like that I'm paid to do a job, and my hours aren't *counted*.

I don't understand how a person can be a salaried, not an hourly employee, and be paid to work "from 9 to 5." Isn't the whole point of being on salary not being paid to work specific hours, but to work to task?
