It is pretty simple math normally, you pay off the principal early, that is less interest which equals saving money.

No, She purposely tried to drag in illegal activites again, The irrelevence is typical and so are the attacks.  It's her and her pal, wannabe that owe you an apology.

Actually it's quite relevant, illegal apartments drive up property taxes of those who have legal residences without illegal apartments.  If property values are not accurately reflected then there isn't enough of a tax base, so taxes have to be raised to cover the services of all.  Illegal apartments hurt those who pay taxes fairly.

What do I owe an apology for, the illegal apartments in her area?  I don't live there, I don't have an illegal apartment and if I knew one, I would report it to the authorities.
