1. What is something you do for your kid(s) that they could (and probably should) be doing themselves? (this won't be used against you in a later thread lol).

2. When you go shopping in a store like Walmart/Target (someplace that sells a variety of things) do you manage to just go in and buy what you intended to or do you find a bunch of other things to purchase?

3. What is your food weakness?

Probably laundry.  Never, Lol.  I was at Walmart today for halloween candy and left with a tshirt from the two dollar clearance rack, shampoo and lotion.  Dessert.

1. The only thing I can think of is we always pay when going out to dinner or doing something else together socially. But I do not think it would fall in the catagory of something they should be doing. There generally comes a time when that transistion is made and we are not there yet.

2. I am pretty good about staying to my game plan,  but will take advanage of a good deal if I see one.

3. dark chocolate.

Only in Honeycrisp apples aren't available of course.

I'm sorry...what nonsense are you talking?  I'm bringing you a Honeycrisp apple to lunch next week, just to prove you wrong.

So far, you've all been wrong.  Granny Smiths are the only apples that are even edible.

You aren't right in the head, Sav.  And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

I will say that honeycrisp aren't worth the money -- but in no way are they as good as red delicious.

1. What is something you do for your kid(s) that they could (and probably should) be doing themselves? (this won't be used against you in a later thread lol). -- While I don't believe for a minute your parenthetical comment, I'll play.  I still fix The Boy's breakfast most mornings, we still do The Kids' laundry (although they put it away), and they really have very little chores around the house.

2. When you go shopping in a store like Walmart/Target (someplace that sells a variety of things) do you manage to just go in and buy what you intended to or do you find a bunch of other things to purchase? -- I usually just get what I"ve intended to get. I sometimes pick up a small impulse item, or see something that I've forgotten to put on my list, but I"m a very "in/out" person when it comes to shopping.

3. What is your food weakness? -- bacon, avocado/guacamole, bleu cheese, chips/queso/salsa, nuts ... and lately wasabi peas.
