1.  What are one or two of your weird idiosyncracies? Little things like not being able to sleep with socks on, etc. (

2. Do you use mostly pen or pencil to write?

3. What's your latest food obsession/favorite?

4. What's your most favorite form of exercise? Least?

5. How often do you have a garage/tag sale? Is your purpose to declutter or to make money?

I have a knee replacement and I do squats.  When the knees are complaining, I simply limit the range of motion, and always always always concentrate on good form (push through the heel, contract the glute muscles on the upward motion).  I don't hate squats until we're on the 6th or 7th set of them.

I'm not a big fan of plies, tho.

1. When I read a newspaper I have to read it in order,. Keeping with the sleep theme, I sleep with at least one foot sticking out of the covers.

2. At work my three tools of the trade are an regular ink pen, a red ink pen,  a yellow highlighter  and a black marker.   Carry all three in my pocket and use them throughout the day.  Outside of work, pen. Only use pencil for word games, crossword puzzles etc.

3. Dark chocolate almond clusters.

4, Favorite bike riding followed by running. Do not really have a least favorite because if I don't like it I don't do it.

5. Have had three garage sales.  One was a moving sale, the others to declutter.  Will probably never have another one the effort was not worth the outcome.  Now we just give things away when we want to declutter.

"No mayo. This means all mayo products including Miracle Whip or bastardized hybrids such as baconnaise. The smell makes me gag. I do not allow it in my house." --------- I am with you. That stuff is nasty.

1. Idiosyncracies:

--No mayo. This means all mayo products including Miracle Whip or bastardized hybrids such as baconnaise. The smell makes me gag. I do not allow it in my house.

--I sleep with my socks ON. I literally take off sandals and put socks on to go to bed.

2. Writing Utensil:

--Pencil. I have some .09 MM Bic mechanical pencils that I love right now. I don't like the thin leads because they squeak. I have a small collection of pens from hotels from various expos and trade shows. The ones from the Wynn are nice. I keep one of those in my wallet to write that odd occasional check.

3. Food obsession:

--Fresh sweet cherries. It's almost cherry season, yay!

4. Exercise:

--Walking.

--Crunches.

5. Yard sale:

--n/a. We put things on Craigslist or Freecycle once in a while to get rid of them.

I have bad knees and can't do squats. I don't think it's one of the better exercises per se, anyway.

I can't imagine life w/o my gym membership. I need my endorphins.

lol. I didn't think I would like the classes but I love them and I think they are going to continue after this month. If not, I can always join the special group they have here. It is exercise program that is on infomercials but is free to employees Laughing

I am not going to a gym right now, just taking classes at work. Zumba and Kickboxing and walking at home. Cutting down on my sweets and carbs too Laughing
