1.  What are one or two of your weird idiosyncracies? Little things like not being able to sleep with socks on, etc. (

2. Do you use mostly pen or pencil to write?

3. What's your latest food obsession/favorite?

4. What's your most favorite form of exercise? Least?

5. How often do you have a garage/tag sale? Is your purpose to declutter or to make money?

1.  What are one or two of your weird idiosyncracies?   I cannot stand to get ketchup or mayo on my hands.  I cannot cook or prepare food unless my kitchen is totally cleaned up first.

2. Do you use mostly pen or pencil to write?  Huh, I guess I mostly use a pen, but I only use a pencil to write in my planner or to make to do lists.

3. What's your latest food obsession/favorite?  Chocolate covered sea salt butterscotch caramels from Trader Joe's.  Discovered them two weeks ago and hope they don't have them too much longer as they are DEADLY!

4. What's your most favorite form of exercise? Least?  Favorite cardio - running.  Favorite strength training - TRX.  Least favorite?  I suppose if it's my least favorite, I wouldn't waste time doing it.  Like Zumba - did it once and never again.

5. How often do you have a garage/tag sale? Is your purpose to declutter or to make money?  Not worth my time.  I call Purple Heart whenever I have things to give away - they come to my house and pick it right up off my porch.  I call them at least twice a month.  I don't have the space to hold on to enough things at once to sell at a garage sale to make the money worth the effort.

I love mayo with my fries, the real stuff not Miracle Whip.  :)

If I make something like chicken salad (rare) that usually calls for mayo, I use low-fat Greek yogurt instead and add some spices or herbs.

I very much dislike mayo.  There are a few things I make in which it is an ingredient (egg salad - but very little - for instance).  And I like a small amount of it on a BLT.  Otherwise, mayo grosses me out.</p>[/quote]

I am not a fan of mayo either.  Also only use it as an ingredient in a few items,   egg salad, tuna, potato salad.  Never as a spread on a sandwich or burger,  when eating out always order without it.   DH on the other hand is a mayo fan.  When making egg or tuna salad I either mix up too seperate batches or take my portion out and then add more mayo.

Whoops! Typed too fast obviously ... but I'm so glad that you could still understand what I meant.

IME, many people do squats with their toes extending over their knees .. which is a big no no.  Proper form makes a world of difference.

I have bad knees and can't do squats. I don't think it's one of the better exercises per se, anyway.

You're basing this on what? You're a personal trainer or exercise physiologist now?

On Wednesdays we wear pink.
