1. What is one thing that worries you right now?

2. Does the weather by you think it is fall/winter/spring or summer?

3. How is your calendar for October? Slow, medium, busy?

I dont' understand what you're trying to say. My staff takes breaks. They do good work. I currently have a fantastic staff.

For your position and education, you should be making more.

Irrelevant. And "in your opinion" and "by you". I'm satisfied.

Sorry to hear you don't want more for what you do. So I guess your 40 PLUS hours means nothing when you take a ton of breaks to do personal things anyway. Technically you are not even working 40 hours a week.

Their is no set time. I take breaks long enough to refresh my mind, clear my head, reduce my stress, wake me up ... whatever. It could be 3 minutes - it could be 30 minutes.

My boss would not be fine with me doing personal things on company time on a CONSTANT basis. But since I don't do that, it isn't a problem.

And do they claim to work long hours too?

"For your position and education, you should be making more. " I agree that SavCal "should" be making more if we lived in a perfect world. She earns industry standard, though. The folks who do her job at my university are all making within 5% of what she makes.

So your "long hours" you claim to work is not true.

So you don't take breaks everyday?

<<So basically they could finish everyone in 1 hour and sit around and B.S. all day and you are fine with that. YOUR boss is fine with that too?>>

Umm, no. If they could get their work done in one hour, we would reorganize and eliminate that position.

No, not a perfect world. Maybe a different state. Shrug.

But how do you know. Do you leave your office and check on them on a regular basis to see what they are doing?

Ehh, if I went into the private sector or moved I could make more. But it isn't all about the money.

Technically, I work more than 40 hours a week most weeks.
