1. What is one thing that worries you right now?

2. Does the weather by you think it is fall/winter/spring or summer?

3. How is your calendar for October? Slow, medium, busy?

We work as a team.  We work very interdepently; I'm about 20 feet from my staff; their productivity and performance are in full view almost all day.  (except when I'm physically out of the office)

And? Are you in an office?

Again, I dont' take a set number of breaks.   The answer would vary from day to day.

So you really don't know how much time you waste each day.

Ehh, sometimes.  But they're not paid to "work 2400 miinutes" a day.

Of course, this is rich, coming from a woman that is paid to work 37.5 hours a week but only works 35.   Don't you take breaks?

Yep, to go to the bathroom.

LUnch breaks aren't counted in my 42-45.  Other, shorter breaks are.   Shrug. My boss (nor his boss) isn't concerned.

Actually one-hour breaks are encouraged.  That's the "standard" lunch break.

My boss and I have had 30 minute conversations about music and movies.  Often? No. But it has happened.

Your employer doesn't allow you breaks during the day? That's nuts!

So everyone just takes advantage. Gotcha.

LUNCH, yes, not doing personal things and bsing for an hour, on top of that.

My boss and I have had 30 minute conversations about music and movies.  Often? No. But it has happened.

Again, people taking advantage.

So you are NOT sitting right next to them. Gotcha.
