This is reposted from another site I visit.

Sun: Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic, Orzo Pilaf, Roasted Asparagus

Mon: We are scattered in three directions. So we'll all just grab something. -- I ended up taking my dinner to work and staying late. I had carrot and celery sticks, ranch dip (made with greek yogurt), wheat thins, sharp cheddar, and turkey pepperoni.  The Boy and dh had KFC. The Girl had pizza at a movie party.

Tues: Subway for The Boy. Dunno for The Girl. Dh and I have a "gala" to attend. -- The Girl ended up having a ham/pepperoni/havarti sandwich at home. Our gala meal was salad, chicken cordon bleu, green beans, mashed potatoes, and an incredible gooey chocolate cake thing for dessert. The guy next to me called it "chocolate heroin." lol  Oh, and wine. free wine.

Wed: Chili Potatoes, fruit (has to be quick, Dh and I are going to hear a talk from the guy that discovered the Titanic)

Thurs: Cheddar Potato soup, garlic bread, asparagus (again, has to be quick; The Girl has a homecoming band concert)

Fri: Stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots

I try to, but everything about my life is very unpredictable these days. Planning is often just a waste of time.

I don't plan anything.

We've had dual menus so far this week. Monday -- I was sick and didn't eat. Joel made Italian sausages and rice Tuesday -- picked up Panera on the way home from work. I was still sick so I just had tomato soup. Wednesday -- Joel made pizza; I had cream of celery soup and pita chips. Thursday -- the plan is for blackened chicken breasts and sauteed squash, unless I'm still too sick to cook/eat. Friday -- probably going out. Saturday and Sunday -- not sure yet.

Tuesday - turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans Wednesday - dH's birthday. Dd had her last basketball game after school so he met us there and we went out for italian food afterward. The kids had calzones, I had a chicken and spinach pasta in white wine sauce and dh had veal saltimbocca. Ugh, I forgot that this board is not compatible with iPads and doesn't recognize areturn, hence no paragraphs!

Sorry!

Don't really plan out a menu ahead of time.

Sunday I made some lasagna for DD1 so we had some of it for dinner with a salad.

Monday was a bit crazy.  I had a sandwich when I got home for work but was still hungry later after visiting DD1 so I made a quesadilla. Not sure what DH had.

Last night I made roast chicken, roasted potatoes and a salad.

I got fish out for tonight but worked late and had to stop by the grocery store for hamburger for tomorrow night and a roasted chicken jumped in my cart.  Had baked potatoes and salad with with.

Tomorrow night we are going to a potluck with Mexican theme.  I am making spanish rice.

Friday I will have the fish that we were goingto have tonight, will probably have sweet potatoes with it and maybe green beans.

Have no idea for Sat.  Sat is my grocery shopping day so if I buy any fresh meat we will probably have it that night as I think that meat taste better if it has not been frozen.  But I have quite a stock pile in my freezer so may not buy any meat.
