This is reposted from another site I visit.

Sun: Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic, Orzo Pilaf, Roasted Asparagus

Mon: We are scattered in three directions. So we'll all just grab something. -- I ended up taking my dinner to work and staying late. I had carrot and celery sticks, ranch dip (made with greek yogurt), wheat thins, sharp cheddar, and turkey pepperoni.  The Boy and dh had KFC. The Girl had pizza at a movie party.

Tues: Subway for The Boy. Dunno for The Girl. Dh and I have a "gala" to attend. -- The Girl ended up having a ham/pepperoni/havarti sandwich at home. Our gala meal was salad, chicken cordon bleu, green beans, mashed potatoes, and an incredible gooey chocolate cake thing for dessert. The guy next to me called it "chocolate heroin." lol  Oh, and wine. free wine.

Wed: Chili Potatoes, fruit (has to be quick, Dh and I are going to hear a talk from the guy that discovered the Titanic)

Thurs: Cheddar Potato soup, garlic bread, asparagus (again, has to be quick; The Girl has a homecoming band concert)

Fri: Stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots

I try to, but everything about my life is very unpredictable these days. Planning is often just a waste of time.

That is my problem lately, things can change quickly based on the schedules of the family.

Yeah, we only have one left at home, and just recently he got a part time job and doesn't get home until 8 pm between three and five nights a week. It is hard to plan because his work schedule is very irregular.

LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY! For unemployed people its a best way of earning. Earn 60$ per hour working from home! Love my job, since I've been bringing in $82h… I sit at home, music playing while I work in front of my new iMac that I got now that I'm making it online… www.Work27.com (click on ‘Home’ for details)

My household consists of me, dh (school on Thursday nights), dss20 (school on Tuesday nights), dsd18 (pregnant, thin, and consistently only eats potatoes and green peppers), dd14 (usually gone on Friday nights, rarely eats meat), ds13 (always home).

Sunday- applewood bacon wrapped pork loin roasted with carrots and potatoes.

Monday-spaghetti with meatballs, salad, homemade bread,

Tuesday-stuffed green peppers, which I prepared weeks ago and froze and forgot I used rice in the stuffing, so I made rice as a side dish.

Wednesday-beef tacos.

Thursday-barbecue chicken thighs, baked potatoes, peas.

My nearly-meatless dd has asked for hamburgers for dinner tonight. Pregnant kid has been talking about mac and cheese. I'm thinking green bean almondine.

Saturday-we're going to a nearby city to visit an art museum and we'll stop by IHOP because it's like mecca for my pancake-and-bacon loving 13 year old.

Only 1 of 4 kids will be home on Sunday, so I'm thinking it's time for a cheese board with rye bread. Shiraz for me, sauvingnon blanc for dh. And a sandwich for the kid.
