What did you eat yesterday?

With all this talk about dieting and snacking, I am wondering how everyone eats. I am trying to eat small meals and not eat late.
Here was my schedule:
1. Cinnamon graham crackers for breakfast, water to drink
2. Snack: cinnamom graham crackers
3. Lunch: Roast beef wrap with a coke
4. Dinner: Baked ham, 2 rolls with butter, mashed potatoes w/out gravy and fried squash.
