I don't do a menu for the week. I just buy food and make meals per day.
This week so far:
Sunday: went out to dinner for my ds' birthday
Monday: Taco's with ground turkey and fixing's
Tuesday: Fettucine Alfredo, Parmesan Biscuits and Salad
Wednesday: (for the kids-lol!!)-chicken nuggets, baked french fries and some type of veggie
Not sure about the rest of the week yet.
I buy regular ground meat at Costco for hamburgers, meatloafs, meatballs but my ds loves Turkey burgers so I have been buying ground Turkey too lately.
I can't remember what we had on Sunday, lol.
I'm having trouble remembering what I ate.
I've only tried it once, and my whole famly hated it.
So how do you know what to buy at the store?
Can you share the butternut squash recipe you got from the CSA?
