6. Favorite holiday that includes food?
I love pretty much all the holidays for different reasons! My father loves to cook so we usually have something new and different each holiday, except for Thanksgiving which is always the tradtional meal.
Will all the talk about food and such....let's do a food fluff!
1. What's on the menu this week? Lobster, Lobster and more lobster (gift from bil, a fisherman). Cod, too. It's a big seafood week, but we did have grilled steak and chicken on the 4th.
2. What was the last new recipe you tried or created? Made a lobster bisque that went over well.
3. Favorite single ingredient use? Garlic
4. Lease favorite ingredient? Sugar and salt, I always use a lot less than recipe calls for.
5. Favorite meal to make? Cooking is a chore, but I like to eat. Usually something simple (grill broil saute), though I do like making soups in the winter
6. Favorite holiday that includes food? I guess Christmas, dh does the cooking and I do the baking.
