I fixed spaghetti and meatballs last night, Tonight we're going out.  Tomorrow will be baked chicken, rice and a vegetable (probably tossed salad).  I might make chili later this week too.  Nothing fancy, Lol.

P.S.  What is crusty bread..  And do you have a good corn bread recipe?  No jiffy please.

I still working on the plan a bit.  Tonight is beef stew in the crock pot.  Tuesday, roast and veggies in the crock pot.  Wednesday is hot roast beef sandwiches from left over roast from Tuesday night.  Thursday and Friday are still up in the air.  I have a zucchini lasagna I pre-baked in the freezer, I may pull that our for Thursday night, and then most likely leftovers Friday night.

I just use the recipe on the back of the corn meal carton. It's pretty good. I usually make corn muffins and freeze half of them for another night. I had two apples and a carton if yogurt for dinner. Everybody else is eating somewhere else tonight, and I didn't feel like fixing anything.

My menu got thrown a bit last night.  I had planned on making a new recipe, goat cheese stuffed chicken breasts,  But then DH invited the DDs and boy friends over to watch the Pro Bowl and the recipe was only  for 4 so I switched to chicken penne.

Tonight we have have the left overs of that.

Tues-Thurs we are having hamburgers,  ribeye steak and some kind of chicken dish.   No particular order.

Friday, we are eating out at a veterans organization we are active in.

Sat we are eating at my favorite restaurant for my birthday.

Sun Super Bowl party at friends.

Decided to make a change.  With all the eating out we are doing over the weekend do not need to have beef twice,  Instead of the hamburgers we will have baked fish.

Ugh, pinterest is so addicting at times.  I have found it so helpful also for recipes since I have been working on going gluten free in the house, its like a non-stop shopping place for everything!  I go in spurts, I won't touch it for weeks and then get on to find something and spend and entire week on it in all of my spare time.

Sun: smoking a whole chicken on the grill, baked beans, strawberries
Mon: out - to our fave local pizza place
Tues: Red Beans and rice, smoked turkey sausage, veggie
Wed: Curried chicken soup, garlic bread
Thurs: jerk chicken thighs with sweet potatoes
Fri: pasta with creamy walnut sauce, broccoli
Sat: patty melts with caramelized onions, tater tots

This was/is the plan as of Sunday.  But, I've been working 9-10 hours days this week, so I may need to adjust to accomodate my work schedule.

I hear pinterest being a non-stopping shopping site, Lol.  I see clips all over fb, it really gives you a glimpse of others' likes and styles.  But you have to set up an account to look up recipes and things, right?  And what's with the follower feature?

Nothing to it. Sign in with your facebook account and just look around and pin things you like. You can get a ton of great recipes on there.
