We always have a ham for Christmas (all turkey-ed out).

i love your gift exchange and saving some of that for the epiphany, after all that is when the wise men delivered gifts to jesus.
....and that happened....eewwwwwww...
We don't have any traditions that have been handed down for generations, we have (and continue) to create our own.
