Yes. That is not the most basic plan. It includes free long distance, voice mail, caller id, and call waiting. To see the basic plans, you have to go up to the top of the page and click on "Phone." Then choose "Local and Long Distance Calling Plans." Then click on the gray "Plans" tab. And actually, it shouldn't matter if it is East Hampton's zip code or yours. The prices are for the whole state.

I know what you are saying but if you (as a kid) had a tv all your life and were used to it then there would likely be some upset and adjustment if it was suddenly gone.
