I won't argue that we aren't living a lifestyle to promote our childrens' uncensored creativity. We have a pile of MIDI whatnots and recording equipment and instruments that my husband insisted on buying just because our daughter expressed interest in making her own music. He's even forging the way by producing his own, so that he can mentor her progress. We value excitement about learning in our household. We've taught our children that they can do anything if they put their mind to it.

That's just us. It's really OK if you have a different way. I'm certain that your kids are going to be just fine in the world, as are everyone else's on this board.

Not sure why you continue to defend yourself. It is not making it any better in my eyes.

If I wanted to make my life attractive to you, I'd take a cruise and rub balloons on my genitals.

. No, I would not, for reasons I've already explained.

Your lifestyle didn't/doesn't contribute to your daughters rich cultural diversity rollmops? The vile, slang and inner city lifestyles of some contribute to children's outcome too, that's where Molly is going ( please correct me if I'm wrong, Molly ).

Blackandwhitemolly, what do you mean by "lifestyle" here? Since swearing is not a "lifestyle" you must mean something else. It would helpful if you could say what that is.

Yep, Jams you are right. Usually a child follows the lifestyle of the home and if they don't, the parents usually are not very happy with the one they have chosen that is not like their own.
