Would you hire a hot nanny?

The other thread about being jealous of the nanny reminded me of this. Everyday when I come home from school I pass by the most gorgeous nanny (she looks all of 18), waiting with one of her charges for another one to get off the bus. She's been dressed in shorts up to there and low cut belly shirts. I can't imagine why anyone in their right mind would hire her. I mean, you can trust your husband but still, who needs it? Even if your husband didn't have a wandering eye, I'd hate to have to compare myself to some PYT all the time.

I had a friend who was rather average looking and she hired an absolute knockout of a nanny from Romania. This girl looked like a model, and she also used to run around in a t-shirt and panties.

Is it me, or would this bug anyone else?

Anyone would look, even women. Doesn't mean it would be enough to strike an interest in your husband if his mond set was mature.

Most men outgrow that "looks are everything to get me hot" stage. I guess it depends on where the husband's mind is. My husband is used to having knock-out women in his life. So it's no big thing to him. Now, a women with good looks, brains, money, and able to pop back to good looks and shape after a baby in less than a year, is a different story.

I just happen to be that woman-for him....smile. He's wonderful.

B-S-.

Your DH would love to be with another woman. He's probably never act on it, but on a primitive level, he'd love it. And so would my DH. So don't go acting all holier than thou - my DH still lusts after me too, but variety is the spice of life.

That's why being gorgeous is different for different people. You may look at her and say "yuck", someone else may say she's good-looking. You see, the same goes for your husband's eyes. You may think someone looks good, whereas he may think "NOT"! And feel you are the better looking one.

Everyone has different tastes. Some feel that Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, or any blonde haired -blue eyed woman with boobs and a small fanny may look awesome, as long as the make-up is on right. And osme may feel that ethnic women are bombshells as well.

It depends. A black woman may walk past your man and he may not lookk if he's not into black women, but if a white woman walked by, looking the same way, he may look.

Not that I know your ethnicity or anything. But the same can go vice-versa.

oooh, you sound so like those women on television (the oxygen channel).

Letme ask, have you ever had a threesome with yor husband to satisfy him, becauser it sure sounds like you would or that he would love to.

But on the serious level, all men are not dogs. Yes, they are human and will look, but acting on it is a totally different story. Maybe your husband hasn't sewn all his oats in life yet. I have a seasoned husband. He doesn't feel like he's missing out on anything.

HELLO - please READ my post. My DH can control himself and has never given me a moment's doubt. But I know on a primitive level he would enjoy variety. All his wild oats have been sown (not sewn), thank you very much.

In that case, all these people who wouldn't hire the young, pretty nanny would also not hire the 50-something homely nanny. After all, the only thing that matters is that a woman not his wife is spending her days in his home, right?

Most of the responses to this thread and the other one like it make me feel slightly ill. Women willing to deny another woman a job because of sexual insecurity? Men can be just as discriminating as women are, and they can exert just as much control over their libidos as we can. DH does not lust after employees, in the house or in the office. It's not a matter of libido, it's a matter of appropriate behaviour by an employer.

IMO, as long as a household employee conducts himself/herself in a manner appropriate to his/her job, looks are not an issue.

Ahhh another bonus! Robert's management company owns the cable service in the complex and we get it for free! I know. I felt a little guilty at first, but you are right. If I had to pay for it, I wouldn't have movie channels.

What a breath of fresh air your posts have been in this thread. I swear, I've never seen so much blatant discrimination in my life.

what the heck ever happened to hiring on the basis of the ability to do the job?
