Of course they can. We personally do not need money to pay our bills and my parents always knew that and it was OUR responsibility to do that. If we needed to get part time jobs, we would and have. Since we don't need money for bills, they have given gifts and extra things that we wouldn't have done in the near future that we were then able to do.

He is not judging me by what I spend my money on but how I life my life and how I treat people.
I find it amazing how everyone is into the tithing and helping people but when they come on a messageboard they can be so nasty and judgemental.

Our church spends 25% of its budget on mission work.
