I pretty sure Christ didn't put his family before God. He lived a very downsized lifestyle. So my answer still stands.

I don't know exactly where she lives but right now in certain parts of the Northwest it is in the 30's. I would think you would need your heat on for that. I lived in 2 apartments, smaller than that and had to put my heat.

Not really, considering she has four children AND she is including food and tree and everything else that has to do with Christmas. I think everyone else was counting gifts only.

It all depends on how you live. I do not like clutter and things around and purge all the time. My neighbors house looked much smaller than mine as there was so much clutter and things around all the time.

Moving from a home to an apartment with 4 kids is not what most people choose to do. They will cut down unnecessary expenses to keep that home.

Because I don't believe in tithing when you are down and out financially, I can't agree that what she did was right at that time.
