My kids don't like the fraps, but they don't get "hyper" with reasonable doses of sugar, and yes, we do get decaf for the 12 year old. I notice when the 16 yr old orders on his own, he usually gets caffienated.

Why can't kids invite other kids to their youth groups?

Same questions.....

Why can't kids ask other kids to their youth groups?

My son has been asked and gone to a couple of his friends youth groups and he has invited a couple to attend his youth group.

Just because you think the person "might" use it doesn't mean they actually will. I love my Starbucks gift cards, but if I get five or six of them on one day, chances are I will pass at least one or two of them on or donate them someplace. Just like I do like lotions, candles, and fancy soaps, but there is a limit to how much I am likely to store and use!

That is where it is proudly hung up now! It's also my new profile photo on facebook. She's really really trying so hard these days and I think has had a maturity spurt too along with her recent growth spurt. she's a good kid.... that girl of mine ;-)

oh yeah last night I went to sign her homework folder and she was in th eother room and I said "Liza -it says 'facts for project due' what does that mean?" she said "i'm on it. done!" I said "Liza it says map due Friday what does that mean?" she said "i'm on it! done!" I high fived her , signed the folder and we settled down for American Idol..;-)

Samantha's 2 and a half and still just scribbles. I can't wait for drawings that actually look like something.

Try letting her draw. You can help guide her hand a little, so she gets the idea. Also, for very little kids, crayons are not very nice. It is too hard to press them. Markers are better.
