CP and NCP live about 30 miles away from each other.

I say that whoever decides to move is the one to pick up the slack when it comes to meeting their children.

I remember when DH and I moved closer to the meeting place, BM complained that now we have a shorter driving commute... she made SS feel bad for her.

I think that it's up to the NCP to do the additional driving time since they are the ones that chose to move further away. Since they were originally 30 minutes from each other, don't think it's totally unreasonable for them to drive 30 minutes of it. How did they handle it before the NCP moved further away?

Before the move, non-residential parent did driving. So, in the summer, CP did all driving and in school year, NCP did driving. There is nothing in court order regarding transportation.

how did she justify making SS feel bad for her? oh how sad for BM that SS's father moved closer!
