I'm trying to find out why the link isn't working, but I read today that Desiree Jennings is undergoing treatment for vaccine injury and greatly improving.

Yes, Dana, to be blunt - those who share similar irrational opinions as yourself - I do consider fools.

"This is not debate, it is fear, superstition and irrationality."

Do you take all these readers for a fool???

It's obviously clear who's side has posted clear and concise information and who's side has dished out nothing but attacks. The readers here are smarter than you think Jon.

I never engage in name calling when I engage in debate.

"Once again, children outside of the USA don't apparently matter to you."

That's pretty much sums up where I read also. I'm also not a fan of Whale. To and agree that conspiracy theories degrade the argument.

You are annoying me so I'll come back later. Why do you continue to go round and round with third-world numbers and not a tiny shred of evidence to prove anyone's vaccine status? WTF?

I just don't think you're this stupid...that's why I just assume you are being paid.

But maybe not.

you're mixing numbers, though. According to the CDC those numbers (3-4 million) were in the United States.

The numbers you are giving me in this post are globally. How a child responds to a disease in Africa is immaterial to how my child can and will respond to a disease here where we don't (meaning my family) don't suffer from malnutrition, poor water supply, or poor medical care.

I know one person in my whole life who had an issue with measles. He lost his hearing. It sucks that it happened. He had already been vaccinated for it.

(FWIW - I stopped vaccinating LONG before I knew ivillage existed, and none of my information came from the internet! Moreover, I stopped because it wasn't in the best interest of my children. 2 of my 4 have had pertussis - one vax'd one not, all 4 have had chicken pox. I don't have laboratory confirmation, but I'm pretty sure my oldest got measles from the vaccine - ds2 had no issues with that vaccine, but ds1 was very sick)

Websites that I have found of interest on the subject of vaccination from the other side (meaning "antivax") include (here are my bookmarks)
