Yes, rapid evolution is what concerns me particularly about the flu vaccine... Particularly if non-vaccine serotypes end up more virulent than vaccine-serotypes...

my concern might be very unfounded - after all, highly virulent viral strains are at a disadvantage, since they kill the host before being able to move on and spread
