Both my girls have had the CPvax. Now mind you this was the ONLY vax I did not want them to have since to me I thought it was nothing. Well due to the schooling they would have had to have it anyways so I did get them the vax. KNOWING full well that they could still get CP just not a bad case. The kids got colds last Thursday, and fevers three days ago. Yoday I got a call from my daycare provider who tells me one of her other daycare children has come down with CP. UGH! I went to change MariaElenas stinky pants ( yes she will be 3 next month potty training stinks LOL) I noticed SEVERAL spots. UGH. I am about to put HER and her sister Lindsey in the tub and see if any pop out. They look like CP but you just never know.

I know that my nephew who will be 11 soon had them when he was 8 and was sent to the ER had them so bad. So hopefully the vax helps keep things to a minimum. I will be sure to be back letting you all know for sure if they do have CP. At first I was thinking oh they wont get it they had the vax...now after seeing some (what look like) Cp spots on Lena I am now questining it.

Just wishing them a quick and easy recovery!! Benjamin will need the CP vax this summer before Kindergarten. I waited until the last minute on that one, in case he got the real thing instead.
