"In the current outbreak, 13 patients were under a year old and therefore too young to have been vaccinated, and 7 others were 12 to 15 months old, with parents who had not yet taken them for their first vaccination, which is due at 1 year."

Do I need to go into my rant again on wild measles antibodies that cross the placenta and the importance of breastfeeding for at least the first year of life to protect young children from the measles.
