Hi Lauren, congrats!!! I can't speak from experience for selectively vacc'ing but for those that do (and considering you got some time on your hands yet ;-)) many are recommending the book by Dr. Sears, (here's a website with Q & A from Dr. Sears and at the bottom if you're interested, a link to order the book):
And depending on how interested you are in learning about diseases/vaccines, some of us are currently in the middle of reading the Vaccine Safety Manual from Neil Miller which covers all vaccines, the origins, the disease, etc.. (I'm only about 100 pages into it, so far, fascinating read - it's about 497 pages (minus pages of foot notes and references).
You are very welcome - the best thing one can do to educate themselves is to read... read.... read.... both pros and cons and make an informed decision!
Thanks! I've pretty much already made up my mind to do a delayed vax schedule. I don't think there is anything that anyone would be able to tell me that would change my opinion. I just think the "regular" schedule

Hello!
We did an alternative vax schedule for our son - specifically, the one outlined in the Dr Sears book - (The Vaccination Book).
:)
Hi Lauren,
I would also suggest the non-vaccine support board - a few Mom's on that board have used alternate schedules or do not vaccinate at all.
Welcome to our board.
Good luck with your decisions.

Cute blinkies!
I really cannot offer better advice than what has been offered.
Thanks!
