I find your responses on this board remarkably reasonable, intelligent, and cool-headed.

I get the impression that some of the new people on this board have lumped all of us who either partially vaccinate or don’t vaccinate, into one category. They call us anti-vax. They don’t know the vaccine status of us personally, nor do they know about the vaccine status of our children. They just assume.

Everyone should know this is simply just another way of taking the attention away from the truth.

They get this impression that we’re all against any and all pharmaceuticals and vaccines. We all homeschool and live in the “back woods”. We are all anti-government, we don’t pay our taxes and we all live on a diet of whole grains and vegetables only. I notice when they post, they use these little innuendo’s to include these subtle hints about the way each of us live our lives. Or – they way they THINK we live our lives. Anything to attack the person, again getting the attention off the facts.

You couldn’t be more clueless about us who are on the opposing side of this debate! You would be quite surprised what a diverse group of Moms we are.

It would be nice if the opposing side could simply drop the pre-conceived notions about us personally and just…talk about the facts. Heck, if ya can’t talk about ‘um – how ‘bout just posting some links? That would work.

Really – anyone on the fence need just look at the debates on this subject and the truth is quite obvious. If not, they could always ask themselves about the motives on each side. Anyone who understands “herd immunity” can clearly see who’s full of it, and just who stands behind the truth.

BTW - I have never made an appointment with, or called a DAN! doctor. I don't know anything about removing metals from the body. I just read where all these parents say its helping and few say it didn't. I have not heard about the dangers so I don't know anything about it. What I do know is that most of the vaccines on the schedule in 2009 are not necessary and when you and yours begin to pretend that it's 1950 or worse - 1912! --- it just makes you look like a fool.

I have just witnessed my autistic son have an absolutely manic reaction to a heavy amount of gluten (as in this morning) and his stool sample has returned with a high level of drug resistant yeast. He is also Vitamin B6 deficient.

The last time all of this was the case he improved only on a strictly gf diet, B6 supplements and a medicinal food to fight the yeast called caproyal. I made the mistake of allowing gluten back into his diet and have effectively watched his health and immune system fall apart over the last 12 months. Have you ever seen your child this way? What would you do?

At no point did any of my posts accuse anyone of holding a certain position - I simply stated that your grasp of the facts seems disconnected from reality and resistant to any logical, rational discussion.

I know children who seem to be gluten sensitive (ASD and non-ASD).
