Certainly breastfeeding after a cesarean presents some challenges, but many mothers are able to breastfeed successfully after a cesarean birth

I used the belly binder and I had a big Snoogle pillow that I think was even more helpful than a Boppy. You can position it to give you the back support and bring it around you to support the baby's weight too. I didn't find the early days of breastfeeding any harder with my c-section than I did with the vaginal deliveries. Milk came in on day 3, which is pretty close to the same I've always experienced.
