Oh my word!! Wow, Holly! Those are some doozies!!

I'm trying to think of what may have been said, but can't think of anything off hand.

I should note that she behaved much more admirably when I had my son, even though I had mag and a c-section with him, too.

She had one homebirth and a completely natural hospital birth (she showed up within an hour of the birth). She said a lot of stupid things that day, including that I should feel bad for my husband, who was the one who REALLY had to suffer; also, that the only thing that matters is a healthy baby. Then a week later, she came to visit and told me that mag is the same as epsom salt, so how could that be a bother? I was almost ready to cut off the relationship, then and there.

My MIL told me, on Mother's Day when my daughter was only a week old, that my labor didn't count because I only got to 3 cm before the cord prolapse.
