Hi, I dont have any exercise suggestions, but most doctors advise that you dont do any exercise until you are 6 weeks PP to avoid injuring yourself. Your body needs time to heal.
There are post natal exercise vidoes which take you through a simple work out made specifically for new moms. The one I had was in 10 minute intervals also so that I could do 10, 20 or 30 minutes of it, whatever I had time for.
Definitely wait the 6 weeks and be sure to clear any exercises with your doc before you begin. There is a post here on this board about post c-section exercise I would print off the list of exercises and take it to your doc and ask if they are ok to start doing.
