Hello!

I asked this question on another board, but thought you ladies may have some good ideas too.

So glad to hear you are so on the ball. I found it a lifesaver for me. I actually bought a vacuum sealer and sealed all my meals before freezing and wow what a space saver for me.

I did everything I could think of, pre cooked chicken with peppers and pineapples. Meatballs, Mini meatloaves, ground beef cooked for taco's, chicken fajitas my freezer was stuffed, LOL. I also did Roast beef, chicken and turkey with frozen gravy.

What I did was make at least a triple batch of dinner and froze everything that was left over. I found that making extra sauces helps with freezing and reheating.

check out these links for more ideas....

another idea is to check out M&M's website for what they sell, anything that they sell you can make from scratch and freeze to reheat.

hope that helps.

First time around I froze a heap of bolognaise sauce, curry, taco meat and pea and ham soup.

It was fantastic - for weeks we simply ate out of the freezer - I was very sad when the supply dried up!

I've starting doing double casseroles - I have potato and sausage casserole which is great and so easy. (Sliced Potatos, Kilbasa Sausage & Cream of Mushroom soup mixed with milk) One for this week and one in the freezer. Pastas and Sauces are easy. We have frozen Speghetti Sauce,
