I've been in a similar situation in regards to a very limited number of supportive providers (one) plus other personal factors that make scheduling a repeat more appealing.

Congratulations on your decision, I think that's the hardest part!
Hmmm... that is interesting! I wanted a home birth w/my first and we had a hospital birth. He would have wanted to elect a C section even with #1 - LOL!
