My little Ethan is 2 weeks old now!

My OB mentioned during my c/s that I had a lot of scar tissue from my first section. She used the same incision line. I haven't had a chance to ask her yet if that could cause roblems with a future pregnancy, like the placenta not being able to attach properly.

Any info or ideas?

your risks in future pregnancies do go up with each cesarian you have. here's a link to some of the facts about c/s- http://www.ican-online.org/resources/wp_csfactsheet.htm

each c/s increases your risks of ectoptic pregnancy as well as placenta problems like placenta acreta if the placenta attaches where your scar tissue is. I can't find the link I was looking for for you. Know that your risks are still small overall (I'm not trying to freak you out!), but each c/s you have does increase the risks of these things happening. I think this list is pretty comprehensive as far as your risks with future pregnancies/deliveries as a result of having had a c/s.

happy 2wk to Ethan! wow! :)
