Has anyone here made a VBAC birth plan?  I'm wanting to put one together, but I'm wondering what I should include.  Anything specific stand out to you that I'd want to include in a VBAC plan?

That's a great question! That all depends on the views of your dr or mw and hospital or birth center. I recommend talking with them and finding out what their normal standards are and how different it might be because you are vbacing. (It shouldn't be that different, by the way.) Personally, I wouldn't let them rupture your membranes, keep you in bed, insist on things only because you're vbacing, or put a time limit on your labor or pushing stage (especially if you've never pushed before.) If your dr or mw agrees to your birth plan, have them sign it! And then make lots of copies! Paste them to your hospital door and above your hospital bed. A signed birth plan makes a huge difference when you're in a hospital setting. Hope that helps.
