We found a Care Provider!

I found a birth center that will let me vbac with them. The mws at the birth center have more experience and seem more laid back than those at the birth center I had my previous vbac at. I am thrilled to finally have a care provider I like, especially since I am 18 weeks today!

OMG!!!!! That's such great news!!!!! I had been thinking of you the other day when i had visited the board, and was wondering how everything was going. I worry about the same thing with my doc that we'll get to 39 weeks abd he's gonna change his mind, I think thats normal especially when you go through so much to find someone. I'm so happy for you!!!

It's really good that you found someone. Why would you be worried that they'll change their mind? Midwives rarely want someone to go under the knife, and then only if it's absolutely necessary. I think that you'll be in good hands, as long as you feel comfortable there.

You're right, Janet. I do feel comfortable with them. I've just been disappointed before this pregnancy. I thought I had a sure bet with the midwives had with my previous pregnancy. I guess that just puts me on edge. But I think I'll have a better experience with these midwives than the ones I had with my previous pregnancy. Thank you for putting it in perspective for me
