Yes very off subject, but I'm just interested. What time did your (un-assisted) labor start???

Never really started contracting, but ds#2 made a run for the border (i.e. pushed one of his large feet through the amniotic sac) at about 3 am. That is NOT a good way to be woken up--felt like a tidal wave was pouring out. :)

Well...I started feeling "crampy" (like I had indigestion) in the morning, but it wasn't until evening in the tub when I realized my "cramps" were coming and going every 5-7 minutes :-)...uh, and DD wasn't born until 2 mornings later! (loooooong labor!)

HeHe! That's cute. Well, not for you at the time huh??? He really wanted out of there! I'd be ok with a mid-night tidal wave right about now!!!

No, definitely not at the time. Particularly since I got to the hospital and found out that the feet end was facing in the wrong direction. :) Now that I am well-acquainted with the child in question, I would say that it would not be contrary to his personality to flip over, wedge himself against my uterus, and try to kick his way out.

Although, I'm with you. This can be over--NOW! :)

I had full out and out labor contractions that started around 10pm at night and were about 10m apart and over a minute long. They just got closer and longer and didn't stop til I had that baby the next night.

This last one started at 4:45am. I woke up to go to the bathroom (surprise, surprise! LOL), and felt uncomfortable. Coming back from the bathroom, I realized it really HURT. And hurt every 2-3 minutes. Had my vbac baby at 10:04am.

First baby was a failed induction, so no clue when it would have happened on its own.

Most everyone seems to be A.M.er's. It's fun to check in on your responses everyday.I'd take AM PM or anything I can get right about now. I'm going to splatter if something doesn't happen soon. EDD 4/02/03!!! Wish me luck and dilation!!!

OK--time to start manic activity! :) Clean the house, scrub the floors, scrub the walls! The worst that could happen is you end up with the clean house.
