Yay for you for working out!! I was a major fail yesterday. Drive to the gym but there was an ambulance out front so I didn't go (not even sure if I could). But I should have come home and done something but I didn't. Boo at me. I need to just force myself to do it.

Okay, I am joining you ladies. My life has been so about Emmeline and her health since she was born, so I have kind of lost track of myself. We are going to a water park this summer though, and I want to look good.

Current weight: 133.5
Goal weight: 120

I know my big problem is my eating. I have been eating too much. I get stressed or overwhelmed and I eat. I need to stop that. I ate well today, but didn't exercise. Maybe I will go run up and down my stairs.

I am at 132.5. Lost 1 lb. I am considering that a victory since Dh and my sister both got me chocolates for Valentine's Day. The fact that I still have a lot of them left is a good step. Before, they would have been gone by now. Not really exercising, just taking care of 4-5 kids everyday. I'm sure I would lose it faster if I got on my treadmill, but I can't seem to find the time or energy for that right now.
How did you ladies fare through Valentine's Day?
