Thanksgiving gravy

I used to "cheat" and add a gravy mix to my gravy but once DH was put on a low sodium diet that is not an option and my gravy has been really bland.

Wow, I did not realize that turkey wings are so expence. The 3 lbs I need for the recipe is almost $8. That is some expensive gravy. I will keep my eye out and hope they come on sale.
