Not sure you'd call it seasonal other than it's an appetizer that I usually only make this time of year, but...
2 cans Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chiles) 2 packages cream cheese, 8 oz each 1 pound breakfast sausage, browned
Basically add all to a crock pot and let warm; then use pita chips or tortilla chips to dip. (I've seen this with one can, one package and 1 pound, but I think that comes out a bit too meaty/sticky; I like the above mix better)

I'm not doing the rosemary or candle, but we do have some holly I might put in the middle for decoration.
I've not made this recipe, but was thinking of making it...it's a twist on an old standard.
