MyMathLab is experiencing "difficulties"??? Can't access my homework, quizzes or review for my trig final. Can't believe it. I'm on "hold" to do online chat with tech support. 20 min wait. I have 96 math problems to review by Friday night. I am on problem #15. Totally not cool. I am completely panicking.

They better notify instructors about this down time.

I've never used MyMathLab, but I can sympathize with computer problems.

Nah, he won't have any sympathy. The review has been up since Saturday, but I didn't have time to get to it til today (Bio final Monday, Chem final Tuesday) So I blocked out Wed/Thur/Fri all day and evening to do the review for math. Plenty of time, as long as it all works properly. But I know he will just say "you had 7 days to do it, it was only down one"

I just stinks that there is NO other way to review until this is working. And in math you really need to DO problems to practice, not just look over notes.

I "chatted" with online support and they couldn't/wouldn't give me any indication if it would even be back up tonight. They did say instructors would be notified it was down.

That sounds like ATI to me! LOL We had SO many problems with them last quarter. We have to take these practice exams until we get 90% or better, but there has to be 48 hours in between each try. I went in, took the test, did better than 90% and when I clicked on the very last thing to generate my score, the whole thing just shut, internet explorer and all! I reopened it and there was no evidence of me ever taking that test! GRRR, so I took it again, did better and took it really fast. Then, and only then, did my previous score and time show up, and I took the test 6 minutes apart!

What a pain! I know when they're having "technical difficulties" at my school, it seems like it's ALWAYS when I HAVE to get work done. It's frustrating.

I hope the system's back up for you soon.

Ugh, that stinks. Hope the system is back up & working soon. We have to load stuff onto an online portfolio at the end of every semester & run into similar problems. There are always delays & errors, very frustrating at a stressful time of year anyway.
