OUCH! to the mastitis. I've had that a few times, myself. It's definitely not fun. Are you on antibiotics for it? Warm compresses seemed to help. My favorite remedy was to sit in a bathtub with jets. We don't have one, so we did spend on evening over at the ILs' house just so I could spend about 30 minutes in their tub.
