I am both really happy and really nervous today!
So, I feel SO much better. I almost feel "normal" - I feel really rested and energized. I'm still just a tad congested, but I think I've only blown my nose twice in the 45 min I've been up, so that is a HUGE improvement! I may still take a decongestant today, but I think the antibiotics did the trick and it really was a sinus infection.
On the other hand...THREE exams today. Bio lecture, bio lab, chem. 'Nuff said.
Ds has a band concert tonight, so I get to run home, try and grab dinner and then get us to that.
Dh's car broke down yesterday. He had it towed to a shop, they think its the timing belt, which would be okay - the guy gave him a cheap quote on that. But it could be something else too...so cross your fingers. It really stinks because dh just sold about $2000 worth of stuff on eBay over the weekend that was going to be a start on our vacation fund for the summer. If its more than the timing belt then we may have to dig into that.
Good luck on your exams.
Hopefully the car won't be too expensive. That always sucks... Yesterday my dh got home from his trip and I thought he would have a heart attack with the bills in the mail. My visa came with our trip on it, and both the school bills came.
I received a note from the university yesterday that my file is complete and they are sending it off to the admissions committee. They are reviewing the candidates over the next two months. In the meantime I have lots of marking to do.
Nothing really going on today. I don't have classes on Tuesdays. DH has off so we are going to bring Maddie to her gymnastics class at 11. I am hoping to convince DH to go to IHOP for lunch because I'm craving it badly. I've got some math homework and some laundry that I need to get done today as well. Otherwise should be a relaxing day!
My dh was telling me about going to ihop when he was in Vegas,
Finished the concept map due Saturday.
Not much on the agenda today because I didn't go to class today LOL. Instead I sat with my Mom most of the day while my Dad was in Surgery having a new pace maker put in.with my Dads age and heart problems I just felt it was more important to be there with my Mom (although she drove me absolutely batty) rather than sitting in psychology class. Both of my daughters even came down to the hospital to keep ME sane LOL.
Anyway, Dads doing good, he might be released tomorrow.
