Water makes up more than half your body weight and is needed for every day body functions (such as helping fighting off illnesses, digesting food, and cell function). Are you drinking enough?
Most recommendations are for 6-8 (8oz) glasses of water a day, more when it's hot or you're working your body (such as when you exercise).
Join us on the Losing Weight board in our Summer Water Challenge and help us (and yourself!) reach the goal! All that is required is a post with how much water you've had during the day. And what better way to keep motivated than by checking in with others?
